Ask questions here, everybody. Anything you need to know, things that aren't clear, etcerera. Ask ANYTHING you want here! (That's appropriate, anyway.)

ok, do I list any mental disorder under neuroses? or just the neurotic ones? if so,where do I put other stuff? (and what do you mean by appropriate? Are you going to tell me,I'm not allowed to ask you for a date? after all, that's a question )

Yep, any mental disorder under neuroses, I just didn't want to have "mental disorder" as a category, I guess. You can add categories to your character sheet if you feel it's necessary. And no, you probably shouldn't ask me on a date. We're on different sides of the world, after all.

damn,I knew I forgot something. well, for now,I listed it under "neuroses". After all, that still sounds a little bit more neutral, compared to "mental disorder"... the latter is sort of stigmatizing.

...Mkay then.
So I made a Bard and a fairly to-type one at that, but was just wondering about some mechanics. First, how does the magic work for them? Does it activate when they play music, does it have to be sung, or does how they choose to produce the music matter? Second, I took the liberty of making the spell "Summon Roadie" because I thought "what's a bard that can't summon anything" and is that OK? Huh. That's fewer questions than I thought.
EDIT: Ah. One more. How would he go about making new spells later? Write a song and give it lyrics, imbue it with a special meaning and purpose? And is there a limit still based on level. I don't abuse spell variety, only equipment variety.

If your bard is untalented in singing, then sung music will only work to half effect. Bards can play just about anything so long as it's in some way relevant. (Playing Repo or hard rock for battle songs, playing classical songs for buffs, playing "Dance Magic Dance" for distractions, whatever floats your boat). It can be played or sung. The summon roadie checks out with me, if you can write it well. If you have a guest DM, though, you might want to have them check it over. My Bard rules are kind of loose, so I leave it up to reason, which may or may not be a good idea. So try not to abuse it. ;3
I like to use FFX-2 and the Bard's Tale as a basis for bardic abilities. In that FFX-2's buffs with none of the suck, and the Bard's snide attitude and summoning.

By "write it" do you mean write a physical poem/song? With notes and such?

By "Write it" I mean describe. This is still a role play forum, Character interactions are still the responsibility of the characters, not the DM. If you summon a roadie, you get to write about how it interacts with the world. If you can do that in a way that reflects the character sheet as you presented it, then it's all good. =D

[...]Dragons player-characters can be only slightly bigger than horses or as small as housecats. [...] that doesn't mean, they can't be also -I don't know- elephant-sized or something? (I'm thinking of a smaller Dragon, but it would be good to know for future concepts)

I'd say dragons as a whole could be massive, dragon player-characters might want to be a bit smaller to make things fair. Technically I suppose they could be elephant-sized, but I'd be very cautious to make sure you don't slip into Godmod-y territory.

If you're making a boss character, though, feel free to go as big as you like. Boss characters are different.

yeah, a giant dragon-character would be very tempting to just step on people.

Or swat with a tail, or burn entire towns, or flatten them with a gust of wind from the wings, or eat... It could be problematic.

Horrible people make the best writers. As I always say: "Writers are sadistic bastards".
