Alignment of characters:
Alright, this isn't really rocket science. We're using D&D-style alignments, but they don't play as big a factor as they do in D&D. They aren't binding to anyone except for magic-users, and maybe the particularly religious.
In case you need a refresher course:

BLUE AND ORANGE MORALITY
Blue and Orange morality here will essentially pick an obsession for your character. You can still have an alignment even while your character has one of these morality options, these are just additional things. It's also possible to use more than one Blue and Orange Morality alignment. They're just extra-strength neuroses.
1. Godlike Disinterest.
Your character doesn't care whether that guy who burned down an orphanage is good or evil, he just wants to know where he got that nice coat. This often comes with the assumption that your character thinks he or she is godlike in the first place. (Seen in Watchmen: "Do you prefer red ants, or black ants?")
2. Friends First
If you make friends with someone who puts friends first, you will never again have to worry about nobody avenging your death. If a goblin gives you a papercut, someone who puts friends first may make sure they die a death of a thousand papercuts in revenge. Doesn't matter if they're lawful-good and you're chaotic evil, if you're a friend, you're protected.
3. Obsessive
Your character might like fish, a certain kind of food, the way your eyes sparkle in the sunlight, the sight of snow, whatever. Whatever the case is, this character will do anything to see it as many times as possible, won't stop talking about it, and creates him or herself around this idea.
4. Obsessive-compulsive
The basilisk is dead, so why is the elf still chucking throwing knives into its corpse and muttering? He's probably going to keep throwing until he hits a certain number, or something. Maybe the character constantly washes his hands to clean them from blood (common in lawful-good characters consorting with evil-aligned characters). Who knows? Whatever the case, you're not going to convince them not to do it. May as well just let them have their moment.
5. Doesn't matter, got the girl!
Common in bards, it seems, this is the kind of character who doesn't care what side the ice queen is on or how much she's slaughtered, he's just interested in how low her neckline is. Can afflict any gender, species, or sexuality evenly. Common in centaurs, not possible for robots.
6. Cash first, then talk.
Common among sneaky classes, they don't care what you have to say or why you have to say it, they just want to know how much money you have and how they can make it theirs. Watch your coin purses around these guys, and if they aren't trusted friends, you might want to watch your back, too.
7. Guilt Complex
Doesn't matter whether they stole mints out of their mother's purse a while back, or if they feel like they killed somebody even when it was a complete accident, these guys feel guilt about everything. You might find them curled up in a corner weeping, or shedding manly tears on occasion, but they'll suffer. Sometimes there's a legitimate reason behind it, but more often than not they're just depressed. Just don't tell them to "get over it". You might wind up the next thing he's guilty about. (Common in Lawful or good-aligned characters, mostly.)
8. Honour before Life
Common among fighter classes, these characters want honourable fights, honourable deaths, etcetera. You can watch your backs with these characters around, they'll only ever stab you face-to-face. These characters may beg for death if they lose a fair fight, and if it's not given they may kill themselves, or self-harm in other ways, depending on how they feel.
More may be added later.
AXIS OF STUPID:
Lawful stupid: "I don't care if they'e technically thousands of years old, live in the darkest and most hellish regions of the earth, and are currently spitting acid at our faces, they look like babies and I will not kill them!"
Chaotic stupid: "ANARCHYYY WOOO! Oh, ow. My anarchy got me stabbed in the face. Oh well, ANARCHY!"
Stupid neutral: "I see that there is an orphanage there, and there is a budding supervillain over there. I could donate my money to either cause, but because I am neutral I will instead burn this money so it can never be used for either cause."
Stupid evil: "HAH. I see a puppy here! Nobody is around, but I am evil, so therefore I will kick this puppy! MUAHAHAHA I'm evil."
Stupid good: "Oh look, some starving zombies. I think I'll just feed them my brains."
I don't think anyone would ever want to be on the axis of stupid, but hey, it's your choice.
