*Special plot accomodations are DM-approved exceptions to rules, such as a werewolf playing a Plague doctor class. Story always takes precedent over rules, but DMs still have to sign off on any exceptions. When a DM grants plot accomodations, you can put their name under the 'who granted them' option, so that future DMs can see how credible your characters are. DMs can also RETRACT accommodation exceptions if they are handled poorly. So try not to ruin a good thing when it's granted, okay?
** Neuroses aren't mandatory or recommended, but since people are probably going to try to make mentally-misaligned characters, I figure I may as well just make a character creation option for it anyway. Just be careful with this stat, it can make your character look or act ridiculously. I don't know about other people, but I roll my eyes at death-obsessed characters, others might as well. Just trying to save you from making a stat you might regret later.
More stats may be made in the future, when/if numerical stats are ever created. In the mean while, you'll have to use the green bracket of stats above to simply describe your character's fighting/magical/stealth/performance prowess to some degree.
