I had some thoughts about the Elemental Mages.... Mage there shouldn't be a "Spell set" for them, instead it's up to the player how creative he can get with the mastered element? I hate it when I think of something I'd like to do and the spell set just say's "fuck you"...
About the Chronomancers... what would you think of the ability to altern a specific objects or persons age? A living creature would be much harder to affect, because it's a whole metabolism you're changing, but if you need to open a door and have no key, you could for example just affect the lock,so it get's old and rusty, which would make the door easily breakable. The spell could of course be used vice versa, to make something/someone new/young again.

That's why I didn't give them a spell set yet. I figured the players would be a helluva lot more creative. Magics are a little vague because I want players to be creative, so I list a few and say "more will be added" hoping the players would come up with some good ones.
I like this idea, you could call it "Quick Rust" (or something cheesy: "Rust-a-move") to change an inanimate object's age. Not so sure about live creatures, though, that's a bit taboo. Most Chonomancers would abuse the hell out of that, especially since creatures like Fairies don't live very long.

mhhh... true. even without thinking about it,I know instantly two more ways to abuse that spell even without turning opponents into dust. (Even though, some way to misuse the spell could be extreamly funny. Maybe save that for an NPC for quest-purposes?

Sometimes misuse is the most fun someone can have in a campaign. Ever watch Counter Monkey? The Spoony One had a campaign where someone changed an ENTIRE campaign by throwing a bottle of acid at the god of war's face by accident and rolling a crit. They eventually destroyed said god, in one of the most spectacularly planned attacks they could have gone for. I can't wait to see what happens here, where we don't even have dice rolls or actual factual stats.

Sweetheart, did you really ask ME if I watch Counter Monkey? o.O
But I guess, it wouldn't do any good,if I turn anyone I don't like into a helpless toddler,would it?

I thought you might. c: I watch it constantly. but other people who might read the forum might not know, so it's good to mention it. Correct. But there's some brand-new delightfully malicious abilities in the abilities list. Some of them seem specifically made to mess with convention. Even some neat looking disorders!

I'm reminded of a quote from Dorkness Rising. "Hide behind the pile of dead bards!"

We might need an Entity to worship for the total nutcases... some sort of blood god or something like that. may be a demigod, or a fallen god?
even the evil ones might worship someone (espacially the chaotic evils)

I don't think they'd have fallen gods, but I'll consider it. They do need somebody a bit darker, don't they? But I figured the nutcases wouldn't -want- to worship anything. Still, having a higher power makes every asshole a lawful-something.

If the blood god is law, then it's very possible to be Lawful.
